We all nestle under the great tree of wisdom, peering out to perceive the world

From the earth, and from the rain, we perceive its wonders…

Until we become a white bird to perch atop a branch…

And finally snap off the most important leaf

Once upon a time, I alone dreamed in this world

曾经，我是世上唯一能够做梦的个体

In my dreams, everybody would also dream after they fell asleep

在我的梦里，所有人入夜后也都会进入梦乡

Wild and wonderful thoughts would emerge from their minds

人们的脑海中飘出奇思异想

Some tumbled to the ground, and others floated to the sky

有些滚落地面，有些浮到天上

Connecting all things in the world into one dazzling net

它将所有事物连接成一片万分夺目的网

Among a plethora of worlds, were numerous smaller worlds

三千世界之中，又有小小世界

All of fate, finding within the tapestry their brilliant glow

所有命运，皆在此间沸腾

I gradually understood

我逐渐明白

That these indescribable and constantly changing things

这些不可被描述而又恒久变化之物

Are the most profound things in the world

才是世间最深奥的东西

Only they

唯有它们

Can completely repel the madness

才能彻底驱逐那些疯狂

Only dreams

唯有梦

Can awaken consciousness from the deepest darkness

才能将意识从最深沉的黑暗中唤醒

I’m the one who posed this question

我乃命题之人

Yet also the one who sought a solution

亦是求解之人

Saving the world with the dreams of the people

以世人之梦挽救世界

Used to be my answer

曾是属于我的答案

And now

而今

You’ve also found your own answer

你们也寻到了属于自己的答案

And I shall return all the dreams to the people

我会将所有的梦归还世人
